1. Click "Start Messaging" in the top left-hand corner.
2. Click "Create New".
3. Select either an SMS (text) or Email message on the left-hand side of the message.
4. Make sure to select "Public Review" as the message type by clicking "Attach a Link" below the text box using the drop-down box.
5. Click on the pathway button (
) below the message.
6. Using the top drop-down box on the left side, choose after how many days you'd like the reminder message to be sent.
7. Using the bottom drop-down box on the left-hand side, select which message you would like to send as a reminder. (If you have not created a reminder message, you will need to create one.)
8. Using the drop-down box on the right side, select which message you would like to be sent when the customer has clicked on the link to leave a review. (If you have not created this message, you will need to create it first.)
