Replying to Customers On the Desktop
1. From the customer list, click on the customer that you wish to respond to.
2. At the top of the customer profile page, click on the "Interactions" tab.
3. Once you've clicked on the "Interactions" tab, you will be able to see your entire history of interactions (includes texts, email, voicemail, and letters) with the customer on a page similar to a regular phone conversation. You will also be able to see their most recent messages to you.
4. To respond, click on the text field at the bottom of this page and then type out your response.
5. Once you've created your response, hit the blue send button to the right of the text field and it will be sent off to the customer!
Replying to Customers On the App
1. From your mobile device/tablet, enter the Revetize application. (Log-in using your same username/email and password as the desktop if needed.)
2. Click on the hamburger icon (3 stacked lines) in the top left-hand corner. *If you do have unread replies from a customer, there should be a small red notification bubble next to the hamburger icon as well showing the number of unread messages.
3. From the sidebar, click "Messages".
4. From the list of conversations/customers, click on the customer that you wish to respond to.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the conversation (if needed), read the new response from the customer, and then reply as if it were a regular text conversation on a phone. (Tap within the text box, type out your response, and then hit the blue send button to the right to send it off!)
