Email Messaging

1. Click "Email Message" on the left-hand side of the message.

2. Type your subject line.

3. Type the body of your email message.

4. If needed, click "Attach a Link" below the text box to select a specific message type.

Tips and tricks:

- Typing [Name] or [Employee] exactly into the text will insert the first name of the customer or user without a need to change it for each individual message.

- Typing [Custom A] (or B or C) will insert whatever is stored on file for the customer as the "Custom A" data type.
