1. Input the incentives for the referrers and the referrals on the "Referrals" page.
- Click "Lead Gen" on the left-hand sidebar.
- Click "Referrals".
- On the referrals page, type your incentives into the two boxes entitled, "Reward for New Referrals" and "Reward for New Referrers".
2. Create your referral message & add the link.
- Click "Start Messaging".
- Click "Create New".
- Select either an SMS (Text) or Email message on the left side of the message.
- Click "Attach a Link" below the text box and select "Referral - Simple".
- Type your message into the text box.
3. Start sending to your customers!
*Being clear about the details of the referral program and what the customer needs to do to generate referrals within the text will help BIG time.
