Credit Usage
We generally give each Revetize client 15 free credits per month. These credits are used up as you send out messages to your customers. These credits DO NOT roll over to the next month. Here is the breakdown for the credit value of each message type:
- 1 Credit = 100 Text (SMS) Messages
- 1 Credit = 75 Media (MMS) Messages
- 1 Credit = 500 Emails
- 1 Credit = 50 Ringless Voicemails
- 1 Credit = 1 Pen-Written Letter
- 1 Credit = 100 Minutes (Call-Forwarding)
You can use your 15 free monthly credits in any way that you feel necessary. For example, you could use 500 text (SMS) messages, 500 emails, 200 ringless voicemails, & 5 pen-written letters or you could also just decide to use 1,500 texts. Your choice.
Additional Credits
If you surpass the limit of 15 credits in a month, you will be charged $3 per additional credit used at the beginning of the next month.
You can purchase additional credits. Any additional credits purchased beyond your free monthly allotment WILL rollover and remain until used.
