1. Click on the 'Customers' tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

2. Click on the magnifying glass.

3. Under the 'Interaction' section, select the message you would like to check from the drop-down box below the 'Has (Ever) Been Sent Template:' section.

4. Click 'Apply Filters' in the bottom right-hand section of the window.

5. This will pull up the list of customers that have been sent the specified message.

If you'd like to get a delivery report that is more in-depth, email support@revetize.com with your request. Make sure to include these details:

- The title of the template sent.

- The date and time of the send.

- The number/group of customers that the message was sent to.
