Bulk - All Future Messages for Selected Customers

1. Click on the 'Customers' tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

2. Select the customers that you would like to cancel pending messages for by clicking the checkbox to the left of their name. If needed, click the checkbox at the top of column to select all of the customers.

3. Click the blue drop-down box in the top right-hand corner of the page and click 'Unsend'. 

4. Follow the prompts to finalize the cancellation of the messages.

One By One - Individual Messages

1. Click on the 'Customers' tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

2. Click on the desired customer.

3. Click 'Automation' at the top of the page.

4. Hover your cursor over the individual messages and click the red 'Cancel' button to cancel the unneeded messages.
