1. Click on the 'Customers' tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
2. Click on the customer you wish to send a gift card to.
3. Click on the 'Interactions' tab at the top of the page.
4. At the bottom of the page within the text response field, click the gift card icon.
5. Follow the prompts to finalize the purchase and sending of the digital gift card.
