- Most Recent Contact Date
- Least Recent Contact Date
2. Click on the column header 'Customer Name' to change the organization of the list. There are 4 types of organization that the list will rotate through:
- A to Z by First Name
- Z to A by First Name
- A to Z by Last Name
- Z to A by Last Name
