1. Referrals are created and sent to the customers by the Revetize user.
- Go to the 'Lead Gen' tab, then to the 'Referrals' page. Set the incentives for the referrer and the referral.
- Create your message and attach the referral link.
2. The customer receives the text, clicks the link, and then either shares their personalized referral link with their friends via text, email, or social media or sends the information of their friends directly via Revetize.
3. If the link was shared via text, email, or social media, the customer's friends will be able to click on the link and enter their information to be able to get the referral discount. Once the referral enters their information to accept the referral discount, that information will be sent to Revetize.
4. If the referral's information was sent directly from the landing page, the Revetize user can then use the new information to contact the referral and then gain a new customer!
5. Once the new customer has been created, the referrer can be paid out either manually or via digital gift card by clicking on the red warning icon next to the intended referrer's name.
