Cadence Timing
Cadence timing works in reference to the time of clicking "Send". You decide when the message will be sent by adjusting the number of days, hours, or seconds it will take for the message to actually send after clicking the send button. (E.g. If I want my message to be sent out next week, I would insert 7 days.)
Calendar Timing
Calendar timing is how it sounds. Select the exact date and time you want the message to be sent.
Variable Timing
Variable timing is used to send messages according to certain dates that are on file for the customer. (E.g. Birthday, First Purchase Anniversary, etc...)
