1. Click "Start Messaging" in the top-left hand corner.
2. Click "Create New".
3. Highlight the template title, delete it, and then replace it with the word you'd like your customers to text in.
4. Hover your cursor above the template builder, click on the toggle button on the right-hand side next to the white X. (When done correctly, it will turn blue.)
Now your customers will be able to text the exact title of the template to your provided Revetize number. This will add them as a customer to your customer list and include them on any messages within that template.
