1. Click "Start Messaging" in the top left-hand corner.
2. Click "Create New".
3. Select either SMS Message or Email Message on the left side of the message.
4. Click "Attach a Link" below the text box and select Private Feedback - SMS Response. (It will simply be Private Feedback if using email)
5. Click the pathway button (
) below the message builder.
6. Set the parameters to filter which customers will receive which auto-response. (E.g. 7 & Below get message 1, 8 & Above get message 2...)
7. Using the drop-down boxes, select which message you desire to be sent to both groups.
